Toddlers, Preschoolers, and Kindergarteners: GymQuest provides a nurturing environment for all students. It’s the perfect place for your child’s first gymnastics, tumbling or cheer class. Not only will each child learn the physical skills associated with these classes but they will also provide invaluable educational opportunities within their classes. Their instructors will reinforce number, letter, color, and shape recognition. For many of the students this will be their first time taking a class and the instructors will introduce and teach turn taking, sharing, memorization and socialization with peers.

Girls Gymnastics: As your child becomes school age, their gymnastics program provides high quality gymnastics training on all four of the Olympic apparatus (Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor). They have classes for the beginner through the advanced gymnast. Gymnasts advance based upon skills achieved. It is their goal to advance the gymnasts through each level in a positive, encouraging, fun and safe environment. It is their intention to put each child in a situation that they can be both challenged and successful.

Boys Gymnastics: Their boys program classes help to build coordination, self confidence, and strength. Boys gymnastics also increases flexibility and body awareness. Gymnastics is one of the most difficult and challenging sports in the world but it is also a great tool to use as preparation for any other sport. There are many great athletes in other sports who identify their foundation as gymnastics.

Tumbling:  They offer a variety of tumbling classes based upon skill set and the child's needs. We place each child in a level that they will be both comfortable and successful always keeping in mind safety of the child. All of our tumbling classes utilize tumble trak, trampoline, and the spring floor.

Cheer: Cheer classes for any student that would like to learn the beginning motions, jumps, tumbling and basics of stunting. Their classes are geared toward teaching skills to the students. These are beginner classes for anyone who would like to prepare for a tryout for a squad or who happens to enjoy cheer and would like to improve their skills.
